In this section, you will learn about standardized depression measurement tools, become familiar with the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and develop expertise in administering and interpreting the BDI.

Learning Activities
To accomplish these objectives, you will observe and answer questions as I administer the BDI-a standardized questionnaire that will help us identify and follow depressive symptoms. First, however, you need to prepare by reading the material in the Binder and reviewing the required handouts. Then we will meet with William again and administer the BDI.
