Login to PaymentNet

 

1. Click the link: https://gov1.paymentnet.com/
    
2. When the Customer Login page appears, in the User ID field, type the first initial of your first and last names plus the last six digits of your JPMC travel card account number. (e.g., JD354256) 
    
3. In the Organization ID field, type DHHSSP2.
    
4. Enter your password. If you are a first-time user, click Forgot your Pass Phrase? and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.
    
5. Click the Remember my ID box.
    
6. Once you've logged in, you'll open the Transactions menu to manage card transactions and view statements.
    
7. You can view or print the login instructions by going to Resources and clicking the JP Morgan Chase Bank PaymentNet Login document.
