Sonia: I am really depressed and tired all of the time. I can't be very happy when I can't go to work, I'm running out of vacation and sick days, and my garden is full of weeds. I can't go for hikes anymore. I'm really feeling pretty bad.

Vivian: Sonia, why don't you come into the office? We have an appointment at 2:00 PM.

Sonia: I live so far away. Driving there takes me about an hour...I can't even get out of bed, let alone drive for an hour.

Vivian: Well, we need to see you. Perhaps you might come in a few days?

Sonia: Okay. I'll come in a week.
