Vivian: I can see that your BDI questionnaire score went down from 23 to 9. Do you have any thoughts of killing yourself?

Sonia: No, not any more. Actually, I have been feeling well enough to garden. My sister decided to move close by and help me get through this. She and I have taken up yoga together. It's really relaxing!

Vivian: That's fabulous! As for the hepatitis C treatment, have you been considering resuming therapy now that you are taking antidepressants and working with a psychiatrist?

Sonia: Well, that's why I came here...but you know, the more that I think about it, I am just not ready yet.
