William: I feel better. Over the weekend, my boys and I played ball at the park. I had a nice dinner out with my wife too. I think the medication is helping.

Vivian: Great. How is work?

William: It's fine. I am concentrating better now. I am rather tired at times, but I just try to pace myself. We took a long weekend, which seemed to help.
