Answering the Patient's Question

"What am I supposed to do?"
William: Okay, I'll answer them then.

Vivian: Great! There are four responses to each question. There are no right or wrong answers. I would like you to read each statement and fill in the circle of the statement that most applies to you. Your answers should reflect how you have felt during the past week, including today. Don't try to analyze the question, just respond with your first reaction. I don't think you'll have any problems answering the questions, but if you find the questions hard to understand or if there are words you're not familiar with, let me know. I am going to leave the room for a few minutes so that you can concentrate on the questions.
